3. Shipping Charges
Our standard delivery charges are:
- Nairobi CBD: KES 150
- Nairobi and surrounding areas by rider: From KES 300
- Upcountry / Nationwide courier delivery: From KES 450
Where the delivery charge varies according to location, courier, order size, or other applicable factors, the customer will be informed of the applicable charge before the order is dispatched.
Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is completed or dispatched.
4. Payment on Delivery
Pay on Delivery may be available for eligible orders delivered through:
- Rider deliveries within Nairobi CBD
- G4S Courier
- Speedaf Courier
Availability of Pay on Delivery may depend on the delivery location, product, order value, and courier service.
For courier services or orders where Pay on Delivery is not available, payment must be completed before the order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
This may include:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Delivery location
- Building, street, or landmark details where applicable
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or additional delivery arrangements.
